You can add a file to a Wiki page.
This can be a:
- Document (.doc, .docx, .pages)
- Microsoft Powerpoint or Apple Keynote (.ppt, .keynote)
- Microsoft Excel or Apple Numbers (.xlsx, .numbers)
The document appears under the image, video or map on the page like this.
To add a file, you must first add a picture, video or map to a page.

- Click a Wiki section
2.
- Choose the page you want to add the link to
- Click the pencil
3.
- Click file
4.
- Click Choose File
5.
- Select the file you want to add
- Click open
6.
- Name the file
7.
- Click Add Another if you want to add more files or click finish

To add a file on an iOS device you will need one of these apps installed and set up an account
You can then store your files on these apps and use them to upload files to your Wiki.

- If you do not see Google Drive or Dropbox here, click more
6.
- Make sure the switches are green
- Click more
7.
- Select Google Drive or Dropbox

- Select the file you want to add

- Name the file
10.
- Click Add Another if you want to add more files or click finish
