Information About Individual Wiki Subscriptions
In early 2018 RIX Media launched the ‘My Wiki’, the first RIX Wiki package for individual Wiki subscriptions, making private RIX Wikis available to anyone who wants to use them.
What is Included?
- Hosting & Support for 1 x private RIX Wiki Account for 1 year
- 1 x Quick Wiki Course
What will it cost?
The individual Wiki package will have an annual subscription cost of £72 per year (Inc. of VAT)
How can I sign up?
If you would like to purchase a 'My Wiki' individual Wiki licence, please visit the KIM software solutions online store. Please note that we can only accept payment for an individual Wiki licence via the online payment system.
Already have a Wiki?
You may already have a Wiki that is paid for by your local authority, school or other organisation. If your Wiki is due to no longer be paid for in this way, for example if you are leaving school or if your local authority ends its free Wiki provision, but you want to continue using your Wiki then you can be moved onto an individual ‘My Wiki’ subscription. To request this please email us at rixadmin@uel.ac.uk.
What if I don’t want to subscribe?
If you have a RIX Wiki that is no longer being paid for by a local Authority, school, or any other organisation and you decide you don’t wish to keep your Wiki by paying for it yourself, then your Wiki will be deleted. Once your Wiki is deleted the content will not be retrievable. Please read our guide to downloading your content and deleting your Wiki for more information.
